We’ll dive deep through guided journaling, intuitive tarot readings, and a mindful crafting session where we’ll make Vesak lanterns to honor light and renewal. This moon invites release and rebirth—perfect for setting intentions and letting go. Come with an open heart and leave with insights and illumination.

This Moon Meeting includes:

-a themed yoga practice and meditation

-tea time    

-discussion of this moon phase    

-guided journaling    

-tarot spread and inspiration for activities

-crafting

Options-This meeting consists of 2 parts and you can join for one or both parts.

Part 1: a themed yoga practice and meditation (virtually or in-person).

Part 2: Discussion, journaling, Tarot. Bring your own tarot cards if you have them, and if you don’t there will be extra decks available.

Parts 1 and 2: a themed restorative yoga practice and meditation, tea time, discussion, journaling, Tarot, crafting.
