These pre-recorded series explore a specific topic at length or work as a practice aid to keep you accountable in your home practice and studies.

5 Mindful Minutes every day is all you need to get your rhythm back. 5 minutes to feel more at home in your body, no matter where you are. 5 minutes to connect with yourself in a way that allows you to be more present for others.

5 Mindful Minutes is a 28-day kickstart to mindful habits that includes 28 5-minute videos, journaling tips, a unique question for each day, and guides offering different approaches to the program. There are 7 videos for each of the mindful practices we will explore: breathwork, meditation, gentle + restorative yoga, and flow yoga.

This program offers you an accessible entry point to mindfulness practices and provides you with a guide so that you can easily implement these practices in your day-to-day routine.

Move, breathe and connect to your body and baby through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

This series will help you feel calm and confident while strengthening your body and mind on and off of your yoga mat. You’ll learn how to safely and effectively move throughout all 3 trimesters and the postpartum phase or “fourth trimester”. The series includes guided movement classes, breathwork and meditations for each trimester PLUS tutorial videos teaching you the must know techniques for optimizing movement for your changing body. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi who has practiced for years or trying yoga for the first time, this series is for you! Mom of 2 and yoga teacher Helene Kusman guides you through practices designed for all levels of experience. This series is also a valuable tool for yoga teachers, doulas and other birth professionals to learn tools to support clients with yoga and breathwork through pregnancy and postpartum. Build strength and increase mobility

Join yoga teacher and powerlifter, Laurie LeCompte, for this exploration of strength through yoga and body weight exercises!

This program consists of short (20-30 minutes) vinyasa flow style classes with body-weight strength exercises and movements built seamlessly into the flow. These classes will help you gain mobility and build strength at the same time. Each class presents options to regress and progress the movements so that you have somewhere to work no matter where you’re starting out and no matter how you feel that day. You will also receive a couple rest and stretch practices to complement the strengthening flows. Instructional videos for the main movements are also included.

Who is this for?

Anyone who wants to explore their strength in the context of yoga and body weight movements. You can start this program with any level of strength and mobility. This program can be a stand alone program or a complement to a different athletic activity to serve as cross training. This program will also help you get more out of your yoga practice by teaching what to focus on in each position, strengthening the mind body connection, recruiting more muscle fibers, and giving you more potential for strength. If you have more control over your body, you have a greater ability to make it stronger. The cues given will help you move mindfully while getting super strong and resilient in your body and mind!

What’s included?

  • Eight 20 to 30 minute-long strengthening flows. The program includes two practices for each of these categories:

    • Legs

    • Shoulders, chest, and arms

    • Back

    • Core

  • Videos that break down each of the strength building exercises in the flows, including regressions and progressions.

  • Two 10 to 15 minute-long rest and stretch practices which include breathing exercises to calm and balance the nervous system, and feel-good stretches you can learn to incorporate after your strengthening flows and in your daily life.

 

From Survive to Thrive

This Simple Self Care Series is all about renewal and moving from surviving to thriving. It can feel daunting to come up with a self care routine on your own, which is why Laurie created this series. This series includes yoga practices, meditations, breathing exercises, and reflection activities to help guide you through a cycle of renewal and help you recognize and move through your stress response. This series is broken into 4 weeks or pre-recorded content and each week focuses on leading you to the next stage of your personal renewal. In addition to the weekly offerings, you will have the option to add yourself to a private Facebook group that includes other series participants so you can share your insights, thoughts, and breakthroughs with your community. Now is the time to prioritize your self care and live as your fully expressed self!

Our Sunrise/Moonrise Flows Series offers you a variety of ways to start and end your days with movement. There are 7 unique Sunrise Flows and 7 unique Moonrise Flows, with a couple bonus breathing and meditation exercises for you to explore. Try them all and notice the energetic differences movement can provide! These practices can help provide structure to your day and are a tool to motivate you to practice regularly and often. Each flow is 10-15 minutes and offered in an accessible way so that you will find the level of challenge that is appropriate for you to help you achieve your goals.

LEARN HOW TO TAP INTO AND BALANCE YOUR ENERGY CENTERS THROUGH YOGA, MEDITATION, BREATH, AND KNOWLEDGE.

In this series you will dive into the chakras! You will start at the root chakra and work your way up to the crown chakra. For each chakra you will receive an overview video for the chakra (color, location, Sanskrit name breakdown, mudra, balances/imbalances), a movement practice, incorporating pranayama and asanas that can help tap into/balance the chakra, and a relevant mantra meditation. You will also receive a pdf with notes for each chakra, along with an optional homework assignment and direct access to the teacher.
