Refund and Transfer Policy

 We understand that sometimes plans change and unexpected events arise. It is important to us to maintain consistent and fair policies.

Refund Policy:

If request is made at least 7 days prior to workshop start date:

A full refund will be provided minus a cancellation fee (see below for cancellation fees).

If request is made between 7 days and 48 hours of the workshop start date:

Half of the workshop fee will be refunded, or the workshop fee minus cancellation fee, depending on the price of the workshop.

If request is made with less than 48 hours notice:

Full enrollment fee will be forfeited.

Deposits and applications for Teacher Trainings are non-refundable.

If you are requesting a refund or transfer for a Series purchase, the start date for the series is what will be considered in your request. Partial refunds for Series will not be granted.

Cancellation fees for refunds:

Event Price $0-$50, Cancellation Fee $20

Event Price $51-$100, Cancellation Fee $30

Event Price $101-$200, Cancellation Fee $50

Event Price $201-$300, Cancellation Fee $75

Event Price $301-$450, Cancellation Fee $100

Event Price $451 and up, Cancellation Fee $150

Transfer Policy:

We require 7 days notice in order to transfer your deposit or fee to another workshop without penalty. If less than 7 days is given, see transfer fees below. Transfer requests made 2 days or less before the workshop start date will not be honored.

Transfer fees:

Event Price $0-$50, Transfer Fee $15

Event Price $51-$100, Transfer Fee $20

Event Price $101-$200, Transfer Fee $30

Event Price $201-$300, Transfer Fee $50

Event Price $301-$450, Transfer Fee $75

Event Price $451 and up, Transfer Fee $100

For students reserving their spot in a workshop with a deposit, students must pay for workshop in full two weeks before the start date, and, in some cases, before the early bird deadline in order to keep their spot.

Yoga Baum reserves the right to cancel any workshop or training at any time and, in this instance, would issue a full refund or transfer without penalty.
