Prenatal Yoga Classes

Our Prenatal Yoga classes are designed to help the pregnant person connect to their breath, body, and baby. Movement can help baby get into an optimal position and help you feel comfortable and confident in this transformative season of your life! You can join this class at any stage in your pregnancy.

Our Prenatal Yoga Classes take place:

Saturdays 10:15-11:15am

Sundays 12:00-1:00pm

 

On-Demand Prenatal + Postnatal Series

If you’re looking for a way to practice and educate yourself from home, this on-demand resource is for you!

This series will help you feel calm and confident while strengthening your body and mind on and off of your yoga mat. You’ll learn how to safely and effectively move throughout all 3 trimesters and the postpartum phase or “fourth trimester”. The series includes guided movement classes, breathwork and meditations for each trimester PLUS tutorial videos teaching you the must know techniques for optimizing movement for your changing body. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi who has practiced for years or trying yoga for the first time, this series is for you! Mom of 2 and yoga teacher Helene Kusman guides you through practices designed for all levels of experience. This series is also a valuable resource for yoga teachers, doulas and other birth professionals to learn tools to support clients with yoga and breathwork through pregnancy and postpartum. If you’re looking to create space for self-care and feel strong and empowered during pregnancy, birth and beyond, this series is for you!

Afterglow Parent Support & Community

Every Wednesday 10:00am-11:30am, the Afterglow new parent group meets at Yoga Baum. This group is for parents with babies 12ish months and under. This group is for the primary caregiver, which is oftentimes the birthing parent, lactating parent, or female parent. This group is inclusive and supportive of all genders and family structures.
