Learn how to create a class that is intelligent and feels amazing for your students. Through foundational principles of sequencing and smart pairings of poses, you will leave your students feeling delightfully balanced.

You will also receive some homework and individual feedback for your submission. 

This workshop is for students and teachers who are seeking to deepen their knowledge and practice. This workshop can be used as continuing education, and also counts towards Yoga Baum’s 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
