Learn how to incorporate anatomical principles and information in your classes in an accessible and meaningful way. In this workshop, you will learn several anatomical movements involving the hips, shoulders, and spine, corresponding yoga poses and exercises, and how to sequence the movements and information thoughtfully. You will learn how to teach your students about anatomy in an interesting and effective way in your yoga classes!

You will also receive some homework and individual feedback for your submission. 

This workshop is for students and teachers who are seeking to deepen their knowledge and practice. This workshop can be used as continuing education, and also counts towards Yoga Baum’s 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
