Join us under the gentle New Moon in Cancer, a time to honor intuition, emotional healing, and deep self-care. We’ll journal to explore our feelings and set heartfelt intentions, draw tarot cards for guidance from our inner wisdom, and share calming tea to nurture body and spirit. We’ll connect with Cancer’s nurturing energy and embrace new beginnings rooted in compassion and emotional strength.

This Moon Meeting includes:

-a themed yoga practice and meditation

-tea time    

-discussion of this moon phase    

-guided journaling    

-tarot spread and inspiration for activities

Options-This meeting consists of 2 parts and you can join for one or both parts.

Part 1: a themed yoga practice and meditation (virtually or in-person).

Part 2: Discussion, journaling, Tarot. Bring your own tarot cards if you have them, and if you don’t there will be extra decks available.

Parts 1 and 2: a themed restorative yoga practice and meditation, tea time, discussion, journaling, Tarot.
