Am I ready for yoga teacher training?

Now that is a question for another whole post! It might comfort you to know that most of the students considering teacher training ask us this question. It takes time to build confidence and to know you’re ready to teach, and that confidence is part of what yoga teacher training builds in you. Your practice does not need to look a certain way. You do not need to be able to do any specific posture. We do practice physically on most days of training, and we teach in a way that you can opt in and out of what suits you and fits your needs and goals. You do not have to be able to do anything specific physically. Our training is a safe space that invites you to explore many aspects of yoga.

We highly recommend you establish a regular practice before applying to our yoga teacher training. Yoga Baum’s teacher trainings are a place for you to deepen your knowledge and skills, so once you find yourself yearning to learn more or to immerse yourself in yoga, you’re likely ready! Our application will also help you to understand whether you’re ready or not and we are happy to discuss this question with you to help you make a decision :)
