Learn how to build classes that have a meaning beyond the physical. In this workshop, you will learn how to sequence a class around a theme. This workshop is great for teachers who feel like they are stuck in a rut with their class formats and desire to make their classes meaningful on multiple levels. The classes you build in this workshop will have purposeful themes, and you will learn how to achieve thoughtful goals in your class through theming.

You will also receive some homework and individual feedback for your submission. 

This workshop is for students and teachers who are seeking to deepen their knowledge and practice. This workshop can be used as continuing education, and also counts towards Yoga Baum’s 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
