The New Moon marks a beginning, an invitation to plant seeds with clarity and care. Paired with the Lunar New Year and the energetic symbolism of the Year of the Horse, this Moon Meeting focuses on momentum, purpose, and choosing a direction that feels aligned and sustainable.

The Horse is associated with vitality, movement, independence, and steady forward progress. This is not about rushing or forcing change, but about asking: What am I ready to move toward and what kind of energy do I want to bring with me?

As with all Moon Meetings, our evening will include a themed yoga practice and meditation, tarot, guided journaling, and tea. Together we’ll create space to reflect on where you’ve been, clarify what you’re committing to, and set intentions that support both freedom and focus as the year unfolds. This gathering is an opportunity to begin the Lunar New Year feeling grounded, motivated, and connected to yourself and to a supportive community moving forward together.

This Moon Meeting includes:

-a themed yoga practice and meditation

-tea time    

-discussion of this moon phase    

-guided journaling    

-tarot spread and inspiration for activities

Options-This meeting consists of 2 parts and you can join for one or both parts.

Part 1: a themed yoga practice and meditation (virtually or in-person).

Part 2: Discussion, journaling, Tarot. Bring your own tarot cards if you have them, and if you don’t there will be extra decks available.

Parts 1 and 2: a themed restorative yoga practice and meditation, tea time, discussion, journaling, Tarot.
