This non-refundable deposit reserves your spot in the 2026 Cozy Comforts Retreat and will be applied towards the total cost of the retreat. At checkout, you will choose your preferred accommodation. Once you place your deposit in your cart, a form will pop up, and you will be asked to specify if you are making a reservation for single or double occupancy and to list a roommate preference when applicable. Once you’ve made your reservation, we will contact you to schedule the remainder of your payments.

***PLEASE NOTE: Each of our King rooms can be booked as single or double occupancy. When you reserve a King bed, your initial deposit secures the room at the single occupancy rate. If you’d like to share your room, we’ll open the second spot in your room for double occupancy and help match you with a roommate if needed. Until a roommate officially books, you’ll remain responsible for the single rate according to the payment plan. If you already have a roommate in mind, simply include their name and email at checkout. We’ll reach out to them directly to confirm their deposit and add them to your room.
