About Sarah:

Sarah Teeple is an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, holistic health educator, and meditation and Kundalini yoga teacher. She brings mind-body-spirit therapies to individuals and groups to restore balance, treat chronic disease, and achieve optimal health.

Ayurveda is the indigenous Indian healthcare system and sister science to yoga. It treats medical conditions using food as medicine, herbs, yoga therapies, and healthy daily self-care regimes. Nutritional and herbal healing plans are based on seasonal eating, time of life, as well as one's unique constitution (dosha).

Coming from a background of rock and roll music and non-profit social work, Sarah transitioned to a career path and personal lifestyle devoted to holistic health. She specializes in digestive and autoimmune disorders. Her clinic is in east Louisville: Common Ground Wellness. It is an east-meets west group practice, blending Ayurvedic medicine, Holistic Obstetrics and Gynocology, and Traditional Chinese medicine and Acupuncture.
